The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author (creator) of the photograph the exclusive right to copy, edit, and distribute image by sale or transfer.

These exclusive rights make it illegal to copy, scan, edit, or share photographic prints and digital media without the photographer’s permission. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

Be sure to discuss your copyright needs or questions with the photographer; reasonable requests may be accommodated!

Beezeyeview Photography retains all copyrights to all photographs. Images shared on the blog are not allowed to be printed or used in any manner without a proper license agreement. Clients are allowed, for personal use only, to electronically share their images from www.facebook.com/beezeyeviewphotography in their original electronic format. Cropping (or partial view of the image), editing, or any other changes to an image is misrepresentation of the original work and therefore not allowed.

Any image on the internet is optimized for web use only and is not allowed to be printed.
