Cherie had two different baby showers – a family BBQ with all their local close friends and church members. It was another typically hot Suffolk summer day and the afternoon was not short of laughter and love. The women enjoyed a brief massage to relax (so sorry the men missed out on that announcement! LOL), the kids enjoyed the neighborhood park, the men had their bonding session in the cool of the shade out back and a trip to the park. Aside from the gifts they were showered with, this family is surrounded by people who love and support them – and love is the best gift of all! Click here to view a sideshow from the day. Cherie had close family and relatives throw her a cozy second baby shower at the Mosaics Cafe in downtown Suffolk, Virginia a few weeks later. What a great location and the food was amazing!
